During this side event, lawyers shared their experiences on several emblematic cases that have marked the search for access to justice in different courts and tribunals, including international litigation. These cases allow us to have a horizon of experiences of good practices and challenges encountered, which contribute to the definition of the needs and demands that must be met in the construction of a binding instrument that can respond to these realities.
